SECTION 2 Why do we collect personal information?

Evolentra, LLC, collects personal information to improve the manner by which we operate, offer our products and services, communicate with you about those products and services, and provide effective, timely customer support for Evolentra Services when needed as well as to verify eligibility for promotional offers.

Evolentra collects personal information in a variety of ways when you interact with Evolentra, LLC, including when you register or create an account with Evolentra, LLC; when you place an order at Evolentra, LLC; when you use Evolentra, LLC products or services; when you visit Evolentra, LLC pages or pages of certain Evolentra, LLC partners; when you enter promotions or sweepstakes; when you subscribe to a newsletter or desire to be added to our mailing lists for other products or services; when you correspond or otherwise interact with us; when you provide feedback in any of our online surveys; and when you attend a trade show or event, or otherwise contact us.

We may also obtain your information through our partners and clients, whom we work with to fulfil their services. For example, if company X hires us to do email marketing to their client base, we will be given access to your personal data in-order to fulfil that service. These partners and clients may be located in any of the locations in which we do business. Our partners largely fall into the following categories: Social media platforms, providers of products or services, hosts or vendors at events or trade shows, research partners, or enterprises that use Evolentra’s Services. Information we collect may include: your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, product preference information, billing information, opt-in information, messaging content, demographic information provided by you (such as language, gender and age, and, if applicable, content preferences and personalisation information) and personal interest information. On occasion, we may ask for additional information to enable us to provide with access to and use of certain information, materials and services. Evolentra, LLC may combine information about you that we have the information we obtain from business partners or other companies. If you submit any Personal Information about other people to us or to our service providers, you are responsible for making sure that you have the authority to do so and to allow us to use their Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy (for example, by You asking for their consent).

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected the Personal Information of a child under 16—or the equivalent minimum age depending on the jurisdiction, such as 13 in the United States per the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act—we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. It is also very important to note that we make use of AI Systems in our service offerings like “AI Agents” to collect your submitted data through chatbots and AI Voice agents. However, we do NOT retain Personal Information to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models, including user data provided via third party APIs, including but not limited to Google Workspace APIs. Evolentra AI Systems use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

SECTION 4‍ What are cookies and how do we use them?

Cookies are small data files that write to your hard drive for record keeping purposes when you visit a website. Cookies allow Evolentra, LLC to measure traffic activity as well as to improve your user experience, for example by remembering your passwords and viewing preferences. Like other major websites Evolentra, LLC uses cookies to provide you with a tailored experience when visiting Evolentra, LLC sites and using our major products.

We treat any personal information that may be contained in cookies with the same level of confidentiality as other information you provide to us. Our websites and services include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button, and widgets, such as the Share This button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Websites. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the Websites. Evolentra, LLC Alerts message frequency varies. You will receive a confirmation text message, and you may need to reply as instructed to complete registration. Message and data rates apply. In instances where you request a call back in relation to our products or services, will will first ask for you consent via the request form and then follow with a request for your confirmation via an SMS or Email Reply.

How do I opt out of these text messages?

After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Evolentra, LLC Alerts will never charge you for the text messages you receive however standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Evolentra may be required to disclose Personal Information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. Evolentra is liable in cases of onward transfers to third parties.
